Without a good SEO campaign, your chances of reaching the top of the search engine rankings are almost zero. It’s amazing how many people there are that think that all they need to do is have a web page.
It is much more than that. To me, getting a new or old website to the top of the rankings is kind of like starting a new job. At first you are most likely on probation. As time passes your bosses and coworkers learn about how you work and what kind of work you do.
There is absolutely no way you are going to become a boss right off the bat. You have to prove yourself and do the hard work that will get you there. SEO is no different. You are never going to start out at the top and never believe anybody if they tell you they can do that. Remember what I said about starting a new job? You need to do everything possible to climb the ladder of success. That’s what a good SEO campaign will do for you. All the monotonous hard work! It is a job!

Verax Media began in a very interesting way. By trade, I am currently a realtor here in St. George, Utah. I have only been a realtor for just a little more than 2 years. Prior to that I worked the previous 18 years in the San Francisco Bay Area for a high-tech company called Komag.
I had never done sales before when I decided to go into real estate. Needless to say, sales and me weren’t a good fit seeing that I had never done any kind of sales before. The one good thing that came out of it was the fact that I put my web design and SEO skills to work and created a real estate website. A year has passed since I developed the website and now the website is #1 for Southern Utah in all of the major search engines with regards to real estate.
Somewhere along the way a brilliant gentleman named Kee Hamblin called me. He was working for another SEO company in Northern Utah called D-Media. Kee’s niche was real estate and he kept seeing my site at the top of the rankings for almost every logical keyword he tried.
Kee initially thought that some SEO firm was responsible for my rankings as even his counterparts couldn’t achieve those kind of rankings for their clients. When he called me the first time it was just to probe and to see if he could learn anything about why the website was such a Juggernaut in the rankings.
As you can imagine, Kee was shocked and amazed to find that not only did I design 100% of the website, I also did 100% of the SEO work myself. Kee was blown away to put it lightly.
Over the next couple of months we spoke on several occasions and finally agreed to meet for lunch. It was during that first lunch that Kee and I decided to form a casual partnership.
We are quite the pair. What was most interesting to me is that Kee had all the skills I didn’t and visa-versa. We a both felt that we were a “Natural” when it came to SEO.
So, here we go! I highly urge you to test our work. If I was you, I sure would before committing to any SEO company.
